Anxiety Definition: “Distress or uneasiness of mind caused by fear of danger or misfortune.”

What is the anxiety?

Anxiety is a fear of normal events that you know should not cause you any problems.

Anxiety symptoms can be minor, just a general feeling of tension all the way to obsessive thoughts of fear of death or of your family being in danger.

Other symptoms can include:

* Trouble concentrating

* Feeling tense and jumpy

* Anticipating the worst

* Irritability

* Restlessness

* Watching for signs of danger

* Feeling like your mind’s gone blank


Physical symptoms of anxiety include:


* Pounding heart

* Sweating

* Stomach upset or dizziness

* Frequent urination or diarrhea

* Shortness of breath

* Tremors and twitches

* Muscle tension

* Headaches

* Fatigue

* Insomnia

If you fail to learn to recover from anxiety it can spiral out of control into an anxiety attack or panic attack.  These attacks of unimaginable fear can lead to even more anxiety about having yet another panic attack.  And thus the vicious cycle has begun.

There are many anxiety causes.  Anxiety can be attributed to stressful or traumatic events, overwork or exhaustion, limiting self beliefs, diet and nutrition and more.

The fact remains if you have anxiety you need to discover how to overcome the fear.

Anxiety Treatment

There are a number of anxiety treatment protocols available.  Many people have used anxiety medication to help deal with short term or severe anxiety.  Unfortunately, medication alone will not solve an anxiety disorder.

The best way to treat anxiety is a three tiered approach which holistically heals the mind/body connection.

The first means to attack anxiety at its core is with supplementation.  There are a number of extremely effective supplements which help alleviate the symptoms of anxiety.

The second means is through diet.  There are certain foods, prevalent in our modern diet which exacerbate anxiety and panic.  Eliminating or reducing even some of these foods can dramatically alter the chemical imbalances in the mind.

The third, and most important aspect of overcoming anxiety is mental.  Anxiety at its core is a learned behavior.  Like a sadistic roller coaster which you can’t escape, anxiety builds upon itself.  Faster and stronger it grows until it overcomes your life leading you to depression and more misery.
